I am looking for viable & genuine businesses to takeover: 1) Tenanted (fully or partially) coffeeshop or canteen or foodcourt for rent or takeover. 2) Tuition or enrichment Centres: Must be operating. Not keen on vacant premises or pre-schools. 3) Takeaway bakery with staff. 4) Event business with low overheads. 5) Small F&B takeaways with manpower. Must be operating & not empty stalls. 6) Other viable businesses. NOT keen on online e-commerce, spas, massage, hair salons, cafes, mini marts, pub, KTV, etc. 7) Business in Vietnam (south).
I am not keen on failing businesses or empty venues/shops. Prefer genuine businesses whereby owner is migrating or retiring, etc. I have a limited budget so I am not looking for anything above $40K unless it’s a really solid business with track record & consistent profits every month.
