I am looking for a serious, hands-on commercial co-founder to build a new Singapore-based AI-enabled managed services business with long-term regional potential.

The venture is designed around helping businesses operate recurring activities more efficiently through a combination of technology, automation and scalable service delivery. The objective is to build a recurring-revenue business-services infrastructure company.

The initial capital requirement is relatively low compared with the potential scale of the opportunity. A S$15,000 - 20,000 founder capital contribution is expected, but the more important contribution is active involvement in building the business.

I will lead the continuous development of the operating infrastructure, workflows, automation, quality controls and service-delivery capability.

I am looking for a Commercial Co-Founder to build the other side of the business - including customer acquisition, partnerships, positioning, pricing, key accounts and eventually the commercial organisation.

This opportunity may suit someone with experience in B2B sales, business development, SaaS, professional services, outsourcing, recruitment, technology or SME services who wants to build a company rather than simply take a salaried role.

The venture is currently at the pre-launch / validation stage. The business thesis, operating model and initial go-to-market strategy have already been developed.

Meaningful founder equity is available for the right person, subject to fit, contribution and commitment.

This is intended for someone who wants to actively build a substantial business over the next 5–10 years - not a passive investment opportunity.
