We are developing a 5,000–6,000 sq ft next-generation food court in the Upper Thomson area, featuring approximately 15 carefully curated stalls.
Located beside a well-known supermarket, the development will benefit from an established source of daily footfall and a strong residential catchment.
This will not be another conventional food court based only on high fixed rental.
Our vision is to create a fair and sustainable operating model that balances the interests of:

The landlord. The food operator. The customer.
We are exploring a flexible commercial structure with lower fixed rental and a common profit-sharing model, allowing the landlord and operators to grow together. Our goal is to reduce unnecessary rental pressure, support better food quality and help operators offer fairer prices to customers.
We are looking for:

• Established local food operators
• New-generation hawkers and first-time F&B entrepreneurs
• Innovative and trendy food concepts
• Light meals, snacks, bakery and grab-and-go concepts
• Bubble tea, beverages, desserts and lifestyle drinks
• Creative café-style and modern street-food brands
• China F&B brands interested in forming a strong China Food Street
• Overseas brands seeking a suitable platform to enter Singapore

We are especially interested in operators who bring new ideas, strong products and fresh customer experiences—not only traditional food court offerings.
Selected operators will join a curated food destination designed to be bright, modern, lively and relevant to today’s customers.
Our ambition is simple:
To change how Singapore sees a food court.
Not merely as a place to rent a stall, but as a collaborative platform where landlords, operators and customers share in long-term success.
Only approximately 15 stalls will be available.

传统美食、现代轻食、潮流饮品、创新概念及国际品牌的全新餐饮目的地。

我们的目标很明确：

改变新加坡消费者对美食广场的传统印象。

这里不仅是出租档口的地方，更是一个让业主、餐饮经营者及顾客共同成长、共同受益的合作平台。
