Growth Plan
We are raising SGD 250,000 to establish 6–8 partner centres, enrol 300 paying students and open our first self-operated centre.
Limited Investment Allocation
This fundraising round is limited to a maximum of five investors, with an allocation of SGD 50,000 per investor.

Term: 3 years
Interest: 4% simple interest per annum
Conversion Option: At the end of Year 3, investors may elect to convert their principal and accrued interest into shares at a 30% discount to the applicable valuation.
